in Spanish Class
Last Monday, the Spanish II students at THIS embarked on a culinary journey. Guided by their instructor, Ms. de Lahoz, students delved into the art of crafting two quintessential tapas dishes: “croquetas de jamón y setas” (mushroom and Spanish ham croquettes) and “pan con tomate” (bread with tomato sauce). Through hands-on preparation, students gained invaluable insights into the culinary heritage of Spain, making this immersive experience both educational and enriching. We look forward to the next one.
