
国际部始终重视促进师生的身心健康发展,鼓励大家坚持体育锻炼,保持积极状态。圣诞假期前,小学部体育组的老师们就精心准备了一周的运动挑战活动,通过活泼有趣的体育挑战,鼓励同学们和家人们都动起来,让运动连接国际部大家庭中每一个人!
THIS always attaches great importance to the wellbeing of every studdent and teacher. We encourage everyone to keep doing sports and staying positive attitude towards life. So, before the Christmas holiday, the Primary PE teachers launched “Primary Fitness Spirit Week” to encourage students and families to take on sports challenges. Through these lively and interesting activities, we hoped to keep the THIS Family connected with the power of sports!

俯卧撑挑战 Push-Up challenge
星期一是俯卧撑挑战,大家在运动中不断一起突破极限,打破自己的俯卧撑记录!
Monday was a push-up challenge where students did as many as they can, breaking their own push-up records.







周二 Tuesday
食物挑战 Food Challenge
星期二是有关食物的挑战,同学们在线上分享一天的食物,并介绍各自的健康饮食习惯。
Tuesday was a food challenge where each student shared their food explaining their healthy eating habits.



周三 Wednesday
背靠墙直角坐挑战 Wall Sit Challenge
星期三的挑战是“背靠墙直角坐”挑战,虽然属于高难度挑战,但小同学们都加油坚持住啦!
Wednesday was the wall sit challenge. Although this was a difficult challenge, the primary students were cheerful to hold on and showed off their persistence and effort.



周四 Thursday
跳舞挑战 Dance Challenge
星期四进行的是跳舞挑战。同学们尽情展示自己的舞姿,跟着自己喜欢的歌曲舞动起来了!
Thursday was a dance challenge where students showed off their moves dancing to their favorite songs.


周五 Friday
家庭运动日 Family Friday
星期五是家庭运动日,爸爸妈妈们都加入到锻炼中,很多家庭纷纷走出家门,走到户外去享受亲子时光!
Friday was family Friday where all family members were encouraged to workout with their children or go out for a family walk outside.
