Homeroom Culture | 班服设计分享 (上)

六年级班级T恤的设计是为了能够真正体现清华精神。首先，两个班级的同学们都提交班服设计的想法。最后的设计凸显了每个班级的个性和特点，以及六年级学生们的团结。六年级紫班的班服以黑色为主，衣服前面的标志由Jessica Liu设计。白班则采用白色班服，黑色的袖子，前面的标志是由Vivian Xu设计的。背面图案由Jessica Liu设计，两个班级都使用THIS字样，同时叠加了各自班级的标志，以此加强同学的集体意识。

The grade 6 t-shirt truly represents the Tsinghua Spirit. Both homerooms worked together to design a t-shirt for the entire grade. Jessica Liu provided the basic THIS letters for the back of both shirts.  Then, each class added specific elements to individualize their final product including overlaying their own homeroom logo to the backs.  The G6 Purple shirt is black with a front logo designed by Jessica Liu. The G6 White shirt’s front logo inspired by Vivian Xu is white with black sleeves.  , These t-shirts made their debut during this year’s Sports Day.  

7Purple的班服由全班学生共同合作设计而成。我们第一个想到的就是清华附中国际部THIS的标志，因为作为清华附中国际部的学生，应当一直秉承清华精神，这种精神激励着我们每个人成为一个更优秀的人。

然后，我们想到了“斯巴达”精神，因为它是我们学校期待每个学生所具备的品质，成为有才华的青年领袖，未来能够为改变世界做出贡献。

我们还选择了把“七”的英文拼写作为背面图案作为班级说明。我们选择了 “7even Purple”，而不是普通的 “7 Purple”，因为它更鼓舞人心，而且与其他的相比，它是独一无二的。

The grade 7 Purple t-shirt design includes both the THIS school logo and a spartan in action. The school logo keeps the students grounded in the Tsinghua spirit while the spartan represents what the students in G7 Purple look forward to this school year. Everyone in the homeroom is tremendously energetic and positive.  During Sports Day, they demonstrated leadership and talent.  Also, the homeroom chose to put “7even Purple” at the back of their t-shirt instead of the normal kind “7 Purple”, because they wanted to inspire and be more unique as compared to the others.

7W班的(logo)是一只呐喊的北极狐，我从我的朋友那里得到的灵感，她们建议(logo)该包含一种白色动物，因为白色可以代表我们班级的颜色。我立刻想到北极狐，它们有着雪白色的皮毛，而且又可爱又机警又凶猛。对女孩子来说，北极狐不仅可爱，而且也象征着灵巧和聪颖；而对于男孩来说，北极狐又能代表男生的勇气和胆量，图案里的北极狐正在高声呐喊出 “7 White”！

这对男孩来说不过分可爱，对女孩来说也不过分凶猛，这样的图案选择平衡了男女生之间不同的喜好。穿上这样的班服，大家都有了一种归属感和自豪感！

The class logo for G7 White is a roaring arctic fox. Isabella Yin, the t-shirt designer for G7 White, received inspiration from her friends who suggested that their logo should be a white animal that represents the qualities and personality of their homeroom class. “I immediately thought of arctic foxes because of their furry, white appearance and how they’re cute, cunning, and vicious at the same time. For girls, the arctic fox is not only cute, but also meaningful to our class.  For the boys, they view it as a vicious animal, yelling the words “7 White!” cheering for us. [The arctic fox] is not too cute for the boys, and not too vicious for the girls – a balance that doesn’t force anyone to wear something they dislike.”
