Recent Standardized Test Scores (e.g. CTP, SAT, PSAT, TOEFL, IELTS, SSAT, SLEP). If recent scores are not available, applicants are subject to a THIS pre-entry test.
At least two pages of recent writing sample demonstrating the applicant's ability to write independently.
At least two pages of recent mathematics homework, quiz, or test papers.
