The school will soon organize students to take H1N1 influenza vaccine. The teachers will give each student a copy of Informed Consent Form for Taking Sinovac (A)H1N1 Vaccine. Please complete the form and let your child return it back to the A Block teachers by next Monday.
If the student doesn’t bring the form back on time, and missed the vaccination, he/she will take the responsibility for this.
in order to keep air fresh in the classrooms, the windows will be opened from time to time. Please let your children wear more clothes. If the student feels uncomfortable or has a fever, please ask for a leave from Ms Wang in Room 108.Any emergency, the school will contact you.
